Amendment to Notification under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act

No. II(1)/HOPE/23/2019.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Prohibition and Excise Department's Notification No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, dated the 1st May 1981, published at page 2 of Part II—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, as subsequently amended, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, under the heading "PREMIUM BRANDS", under the sub-heading "Thiruvalargal KALS Beverages Private Limited", after the entry "Sparta VSOP French Brandy", the entry "Des Marquis Premium French Brandy" shall be added.
