AMENDMENT TO THE TAMIL NADU REGULATION OF RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF LANDLORDS AND TENANTS RULES, 2019.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 45 of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 42 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Rules, 2019, namely:—

In the said Rules, in rule 3, in sub-rule (4), for the words "two hundred and ten days", the words "fi ve hundred and seventy fi ve days" shall be substituted.
