2. The Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, Official Receiver, Tirunelveli and Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, Nanguneri, Cheranmahadevi, Sivagiri and Radhapuram will remain open throughout the vacation and holidays declared above.

3. No Plaint or petition except application for grant of copies and Batta Memos for service and execution of Process will be received by the Civil Courts during the Vacation.

4. The Office of the Copyist, Process Service and Execution Department shall be kept open throughout the vacation and that no arrest warrant shall be executed during the vacation. The Office of the other departments shall remain closed.

Arrangements shall, however, be made.

(i). for furnishing the Copies and sending Process.

(ii). for transmitting the records to the High Court required in pending Proceedings.

(iii). for attending all administrative correspondence.

5. In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders and as ordered in High Court's Circular R.o.c. No.2/64-C-3, dated: 29th April, 1964 applications in urgent Criminal matters should be made to the High Court. However, urgent applications can also be made to the vacation Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli if appointed to hear urgent Criminal applications relating to Tirunelveli District.

6. Under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act as amended by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Act, 17 of 1959 if a vacation Civil Judge is appointed for Tirunelveli District. Suits, Appeals and other proceedings of urgent nature will be received and disposed of by him in terms of the Rules that may be framed in this regard.

7. In terms of High Court's Circular P.Dis. No. 573/60, dated 22nd August 1960 the Office of the Estate Abolition Tribunal, Tirunelveli will function in full for the purpose of receiving papers etc., during the vacation.

Holidays notified hereunder will be observed as holidays by all Courts in the District.

Note:

1. As Republic Day (26-01-2020), Bakrid (01-08-2020), Independence Day (15-08-2020), Vinayakar Chathurthi (22-08-2020), Muharram (30-08-2020), Ayutha Pooja (25-10-2020) and Deepavali (14-11-2020) fall on Saturdays/Sundays, these days are not shown in the above list.

2. All Saturdays and Sundays are holidays except those Saturdays which are fixed as working days for the year 2020.

Variation to the Modified Review Approved Master Plan for the Karur Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O. M.S. No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated: 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Modified Review Approved Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Area approved under the said Act, in G.O.Ms.No. 237 H&UD (UD4(2) dated 01-11-2010 and published with the Housing and Urban Development Notification No. II(2)/HOU/700/2010 and published in Part II—Section 2, page No. 815 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 24th November 2011.

Variation

In the said Modified Review Approved Master Plan in the LAND USE SCHEDULE, under the heading KARUR LOCAL PLANNING AREA - PROPOSED LAND USE and under the expression ANDANKOVIL EAST VILLAGE

(i) Under the sub-heading ''Use Zone" against the entry "Agriculture", under the sub-heading "S.f. Nos.", after the expression 89 to 98, 100 to 107, 110 to 114 the following shall be added, 100 to 104, 105pt, 106, 107, 110pt, 111 to 114.

(ii) Under the sub-heading ''Use Zone" against the entry "Residential use zone", the S.f.Nos. 105/13 & 110/2 shall be substituted. (Extent 0.85.50 Hectares)

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/ Housing / 4377 /94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

Variations

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE ScHEDULE" under the heading "cOIMBATORE LOcAL PLANNING AREA under the sub-heading Notified Detailed Development Plan No:19, Area in Vellalore Village.

(i) Against the entry "AGRICULTURAL" for the expression, "957 to 960" Shall be deleted and the expression "957" (Expect 957/1, 2A, 3A) 958 to 960 shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry "RESIDENTIAL" for the expression 957/1, 2A, 3A shall be added after the entry 956/1.
