Notifications under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act.

[G.O. Ms. No. 7, Agriculture [AM2 (1)], 7th January 2020, மார்கழி 22, விகாரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2050.] No. II(1)/AG/6/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby excludes the areas specified in column (2) from the notified market areas specified in column (3) of the Table below, so as to include the said areas into the proposed notified market area of Pongalur with effect on and from the 7th day of January 2020.

Ms. No. 7, Agriculture [AM2 (1)], 7th January 2020, மார்கழி 22, விகாரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2050.] No. II(1)/AG/7/2020.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the areas of Pongalore Regulated Market under the Tiruppur Market Committee specified in column (1) of the Table below and the areas around the Pongalore Regulated Market comprising of the areas specified in the corresponding entries in column (2) thereof, to be the notified market area of Pongalore Regulated Market for the purposes of the said Act, in respect of all notified Agricultural produces:-

Ms. No. 7, Agriculture [AM2(1)], 7th January 2020, மார்கழி 22, விகாரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2050.] 1 9 8 7 - ஆ ம் ஆ ண் ை ட ய த மி ழ் ந ா டு ே வ ள ா ண் வி ை ள ெ ப ா ரு ள் வ ாணி ப ச் ( மு ை ற ப் ப டு த் து த ல் ) ச ட் ட த் தி ன் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) 9-ஆம் பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த உட்பிரிவு (1) (a) பகுதியில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், 2020-ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரித் திங்கள் 7-ஆம் நாளன்று மற்றும் அது முதற்கொண்டு கீழேயுள்ள அட்டவணையில் கலம் 2-இல் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பகுதிகளைக் கலம் 3-இல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள அறிவிக்கையிடப்பட்ட அங்காடிப் பகுதியிலிருந்து நீக்கியும், அவ்வாறு நீக்கப்பட்ட பகுதிகளை பொங்கலூரின் உத்தேச அறிவிக்கையிடப்பட்ட அங்காடிப் பகுதிகளாக சேர்த்தும் இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கிறார்.

Ms. No. 7, Agriculture [AM2(1)], 7th January 2020, மார்கழி 22, விகாரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2050.] 1987-ஆம் ஆண்டைய தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண் விளைபொருள் வாணிபச் (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) 6-ஆம் பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த உட்பிரிவு (2)-இல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், கீழேயுள்ள அட்டவணையில் கலம் (1)-ல் கண்டுள்ள திருப்பூர் விற்பனைக் குழுவிற்குட்பட்ட பொங்கலூர் ஒழுங்குமுறை விற்பனைக் கூடத்தின் பரப்பினையும் மற்றும் கலம் (2)-ல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள பொங்கலூர் ஒழுங்குமுறை விற்பனைக் கூடத்தினைச் சுற்றியுள்ள பகுதிகளையும் அனைத்து வகையான அறிவிக்கையிடப்பட்ட வேளாண் விளைபொருட்களைப் பொருத்தமட்டில் மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் நோக்கங்களுக்காக பொங்கலூர் ஒழுங்குமுறை விற்பனைக் கூடத்தின் அறிவிக்கையிடப்பட்ட அங்காடிப் பகுதிகளாக இதனால் அறிவிக்கிறார்:-
