Reconstitution of Child Welfare Committee in Krishnagiri

District by appointing a Chairperson and four other

Members under the Juvenile Justice (Care and

Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High court of Madras, hereby establishes a Family court at [G.O. (D) No. 4, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Perambalur with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the Judge of the said court and also hereby specifies that the jurisdiction of the said Family court shall extend to the local limits of the Perambalur Town, inclusive of Perambalur Taluk, Veppanthattai Taluk, Kunnam Taluk and Alathur Taluk in Perambalur District. பின்வரும் விவர அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள வரலாற்றுச் --ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு பழங்கால சின்னத்தினை 1966- வரலாற்றுச் சின்னங்கள், தொல்லியல் சிறப்பிடங்கள் மற்றும் எஞ்சிய சின்னங்கள் சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 25/1966) கீழ் பாதுகாத்தல் அவசியமென அரசு கருதுகிறது.

ஆகவே, தற்போது மேற்கூறிய சட்டத்தின் 3&ஆம் பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த (1) ஆம் உட்பிரிவில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களின்படி, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்கூறிய பழங்கால சின்னத்தினை பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட நினைவுச் சின்னமாக அறிவிக்க தாம் கருதுவதாக குறிப்பிட்டு, இதற்கு இரண்டு மாத கால அவகாசம் அளிக்கிறார்.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை, தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாள் முதல் அல்லது அதன் பிறகு 2 மாத கால முடிவடைந்த பின்னர் மேற்கூறிய கருத்துரு பரிசீலனைக்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படும் என்று இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கை வழங்கப்படுகிறது. மேற்கூறிய நினைவுச் சின்னத்தில் பற்றுள்ள எவரிடமிருந்தும் மேற்சொன்ன 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைவதற்கு முன்னர் வரப்பெறும் மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள் எதனையும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு கருதிப்பார்க்கும். மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள் எவையேனும் இருப்பின் அவற்றை அரசு கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர், சுற்றுலா, பண்பாடு மற்றும் அறநிலையங்கள் துறை, புனித ஜார்ஜ் கோட்டை, தலைமைச் செயலகம், சென்னை&600 009 என்ற முகவரிக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
