NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu No. II(2)/HWMP/114(d-1)/2020.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 122 sq.mts of dry lands in South Veeravanallur Village, Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District for widening from Tiruchendur – Ambasamudram Palayankottai Road.

The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (LA) (FAC), Tirunelveli and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways purpose of widening SH-40 Tiruchendur – Ambasamudram Palayankottai Road at South Veeravanallur Village, Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai- Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as theTAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 5 S(cid:3467)(cid:3472)(cid:3469)(cid:3468)(cid:3485)(cid:3476)(cid:3469)
