According to the Rules under section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act & the pages 64, 66 in the Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders Volume-II, 1941 edition and also in consonance with the instructions issued by the Hon'ble High Court Madras in its Roc.No.88001-A/2019/C3, dated.12-12-2019, notice is hereby given that the Civil and Sessions Courts in Erode District will be closed for the summer vacation during the year-2020 as follows:-

2. The Fast Track Mahila Court, Erode and the Family Court, Erode will function during the Summer Vacation 2020.

3. All the Subordinate Courts in this District shown in the above table will re-open on 1st day of June 2020 after Summer Vacation.

4. No Plaint, Petitions except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of process should be received by the Civil Courts during the vacation.

5. The Offi ce of the Copyist and Process Service Establishments will be kept open throughout the Vacation provided that no arrest warrant should be executed during the vacation.

The Offi ce of the other sections will remain closed.

The arrangements will however be made,

(i) for transmitting the case records to the Hon'ble High Court required for appeal, revision, etc. (ii) for attending to all administrative correspondences.

6. Under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, if a Vacation Civil Judge is appointed to Erode District, Urgent Plaints, Appeals and other proceedings of the urgent nature will be received and disposed of by Vacation Civil Judge in terms and rules that may be framed in this regard.

7. Arrangements for disposal of urgent criminal matters will be made, if a Vacation Judge is appointed by the Hon'ble High Court, Madras for this District for disposing of them. In absence of the Vacation Judge urgent bail applications should be made to the Hon'ble High Court, Madras.

8. It is further notifi ed that the following are the Holidays for all the Civil Courts in Erode District for the calendar year 2020.

1. As Republic Day (26-01-2020), Bakrid (01.08.2020), Independence Day (15-08-2020), Vinayakar Chathurthi (22-08-2020), Muharram (30-08-2020), Ayutha Pooja (25-10-2020) and Deepavali (14-11-2020) fall on Saturdays/Sundays, these days are not shown in the above list.

2. The Saturdays falling on 04-01-2020, 01-02-2020, 07-03-2020, 25-04-2020, 06-06-2020, 04-07-2020, 05-09-2020, 07-11-2020, 21-11-2020 and 05-12-2020 are fi xed as working days for all the Courts in Erode District.

3. Except the above Saturdays, all other Saturdays are holidays for all the Courts in Erode District, except Family Court, Erode.

4. The Family Court, Erode shall work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays.

5. The Offi ce of the Offi cial Receiver, Erode remain open throughout the summer vacation.

Variations to the Consented Master Plan for the Thoothukudi Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of Section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Government in their G.O.No.(2D) No.140, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1)) Department, dated 09-09-2019 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey numbers making the following variation to the consented Master Plan for the Thoothukudi Local Planning Area under the said Act vide G.O.Ms.No.71, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(2)) Department dated 10-02-2000 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.35 Part VI—Section 1, Page No.383, Notifi cations No.VI(1)/487/2000, dated 6th September 2000.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Mamallapuram Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confi rmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing & Urban Development, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page 228 dated 15-07-2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Mixed Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No: 19, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1)] Department, dated 09-01-2020, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.153 H & UD [UD4(2)], dated 20-06-2013, Notifi cation No.28, at Page No.481 of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 17th July 2013.

In the Mamallapuram Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village Page No.119 & 120 the following entries should be made.

1. Thaiyur Village against the entry 1. Mixed Residential Use Zone, the following Survey Number shall be added.

S.Nos. 1527 & 1528/1- after the S.No. 1505. - Against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone the following survey numbers. shall be substituted S.Nos. 1506 to 1526 & 1528 (except:1528/1) - instead of survey Numbers 1506 to 1528.
