In exercise of the powers conferred Under sub section (1) of Section 33 of Town and country Planning Act, 1971. (Act No.35 of 1972) the Director of Town and country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc No.17469/2019/TcP-2 dated:04-02-2020 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion of Public use into Residential use Kottapattu Village, ward: AV, Block No:14, T.S. No.:43/1 (S.F. No:163/1 part) Extent:1.48 Acres, Ponmalai Kottam, Thiruchirapalli corporation, Thiruchirapalli District to the approved Golden Rock Detailed Development Plan No.5, Thiruchirapalli Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and country Planning's proceedings Roc. 3. In Schedule IV Form No.7 in Serial No.3 in column No.4 the figure 4.74.00 (Existing School) shall be deleted and the figure 2.85.00 (Existing School) shall be substituted at that same place.

Constitution of a Separate District Munsif Court at Shencottah by converting the existing District

Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Shencottah in Tirunelveli District.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu civil courts Act, 1873 (central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Shencottah in Tirunelveli District as the place at which the District Munsif Court, Shencottah, shall be held.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu civil courts Act, 1873 (central Act III of 1873) the High court, Madras, hereby directs that in Tirunelveli District, the District Munsif court, Shencottah, shall have local jurisdiction over the entire Shencottah Taluk and part of Tenkasi Taluk (i.e. 3 Villages viz., Kilankadu, Ayikudi and Sambavar Vadakarai of Ayikudi firka and 2 Villages viz., Ilangi and Kuthukalvalasai of Tenkasi firka) with effect from the date of constitution of separate District Munsif court at Shencottah.

The High Court, Madras hereby directs and notifies that the District Munsif, Shencottah in Tirunelveli District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu civil courts Act, 1873 (central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees within the local limits of his jurisdiction with effect from the date of constitution of separate District Munisif Court at Shencottah.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu civil courts Act, 1873 (central Act III of 1873) the High court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif, Shencottah, shall have and exercise jurisdiction of a court of Small causes under the Provincial Small causes court Act, 1887 for the trial suits cognizable by a Court of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with effect from the date of constitution of Separate District Munsif court at Shencottah.

whereas the Government of Tamil Nadu have issued orders in G.O.Ms.No.269, Home (cts.III) Department, dated 31-05-2019 that a separate District Munsif court be constituted at Shencottah by converting the existing District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate court, Shencottah and in G.O.(Ms).No.266, Homw (cts.II) Department, dated 31-05-2019 that a separate Judicial Magistrate court at Shencottah be constituted.

Hence, it is hereby informed that on and from the date on which the Judicial Magistrate court at Shencottah is constituted, the existing District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate court, Shencottah shall be re-designated as District Munsif court, Shencottah.

Uploading Details of Students Completing UG/PG/Super Speciality/DNb/fellowship Courses by Medical Universities/

Recognized institutions in the portal of Tamil Nadu Medical Council.

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 11 of The Madras Registration Act, 1914, The Tamil Nadu Medical council a Statutory Body constituted as a result of enactment of The Madras Registration Act, 1914 by the Government is vested with powers, duties and function of regulating the practice of Modern Scientific System of Medicine in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands by providing for registration of medical practitioners and maintain a live register. In this regard, paperless, high secured cloud based software for online Registration has been developed and put into use w.e.f. 6th January, 2020. This is user-friendly, safe and checks impersonation.

2. In the new Software the Medical Universities/Institutions are required to upload the data of all batches of Students doing UG/PG/Super Speciality courses/Fellowship courses in their institutions to the Portal of the Tamil Nadu Medical council by using their Login-id. Tamil Nadu Medical council will verify those details with individual details uploaded by the Applicants for registration and issue online Registration Certificates such as Provisional Registration for internship/UG Licentiate registration of MBBS/Registration for Additional qualifications.

3. Required training for uploading the data of the students in the portal of the Tamil Nadu Medical council has been given to all Medical colleges/ Institutions in batches by the Tamil Nadu Medical council.

4. In exercise of powers vested in Section 21 of The Madras Registration Act, 1914, all Medical Universities/Medical colleges/Institutions which are providing recognized Modern Medical courses are hereby called upon to upload the details of Students of ALL BATCHES of MBBS/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma Courses/DNB Courses/Fellowship/Certificate a Super Specialty courses as per the following schedule:-
