Under clause (dd) of Section 2 of the Prevention of cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 (central Act 59 of 1960), as amended by the Prevention of cruelty to Animals (Tamil Nadu Amendment), Act, 2017 (Act 1 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies that Jallikattu / Erudhu Vidum Vizha may be conducted from 11th to 31st March 2020 in the places specified below:-
