Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil
Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the No. II(2)/HWMP/216(b-1)/2020.
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied
the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 1558 sq.mts that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be
of dry lands in Gopalasamudram Village, Chernmahadevi acquired for the Highways purpose of widening of SH-40
Taluk, Tirunelveli District for the purpose of widening of Tiruchendur – Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road
SH-40 Tiruchendur – Ambasamudram – Palayamkottai Road from km 0/750 to 54/000 and from km 64/200 to 84/900 at
(from km 0/750 to 54/000 and from km 64/200 to 84/900).

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways purpose of Strengthening and widening of SH-115 Cheyyur-Vandavasi-Polur Road from km 64/400 to 65/450 km at No.71.Thenkarai Village in Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Vandavasi after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 892sq.mts of dry lands in No.71.Thenkarai Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District for the purpose of Strengthening and widening of SH 115 Cheyyur-Vandavasi- Polur Road from km 64/400 to 65/450 km.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Kanyakumari Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and Office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Vandavasi in Tiruvannamalai District may be inspected at any time during the office hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways purpose to wit for four Laning and strengthening of SH-86 Omalur - Sankakiri- Tiruchengode Road from Km 32/180 to Km 33/080 Olakkachinanur Village in Sankakiri Taluk, Salem District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
Under sub-section (1) of Section15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 2675 sq.mts of dry lands in Olakkachinanur Village in Sankakiri Taluk, Salem District for the purpose to wit for four Laning and strengthening of SH-86 Omalur - Sankakiri - Tiruchengode Road from Km 32/180 to Km 33/080.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LAO), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial corridor Project, Salem and the Special Tahsildar (LA), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sankakiri Unit may be inspected at any time during office hours.
