the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways for formation of two laning extension of Thuraiyur-Perambalur Road (SH-142) from Km 30/250 to 32/057 Km V.No.10 Aranarai (South) Village, in Perambalur Taluk, Perambalur District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 1286 sq.mts of dry lands in V.No.10 Aranarai (South) Village in Perambalur Taluk, Perambalur District for the formation of two laning extension of Thuraiyur-Permbalur Road (SH-142) from Km 30/250 to 32/057 Km.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A) Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and Office of the Special Tahisildar (L.A) Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Perambalur may be inspected at any time during the office hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 1997 sq.mts of dry lands in V.No.49 Nagalapuram Village in Thuraiyur Taluk, Thiruchirappali District for the purpose to wit for the formation of two laning extension of Thuraiyur-Permbalur Road SH-142 from Km 5/850 to 9/300 Km.

Jaganathapuram Village, Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District for Strengthening and widening of Cheyyur-Vandavasi- Polur Road (SH-115) from km 73/550 to 75/600 km .
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanyakumari Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and Office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Vandavasi in Tiruvannamalai District may be inspected at any time during the office hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 5737 sq.mts of Wet, Dry and Manai lands in No.59 Thimmasamudram Village, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram District for the purpose to wit for strengthening and widening SH-58 (Part.2) Kancheepuram-Arakkonam Road from km 68/850 to 70/380 km.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and Office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Arakkonam in Ranipettai District may be inspected at any time during the office hours.
The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening SH-58 (Part.2) Kancheepuram-Arakkonam Road from km 68/850 to 70/380 Km No.59. Thimmasamudram Village, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram after considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 228 sq.mts of Sarkar Manai in V.No.50 Muthaiyampalayam Village in Thuraiyur Taluk, Thiruchirappali District for the purpose to wit for the formation of two laning extension of Thuraiyur- Perambalur Road SH-142 from Km 2/000 to 3/400 Km.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A) Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and Office of the Special Tahisildar (L.A) Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Perambalur may be inspected at any time during the office hours.
The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways purpose to wit for the formation of two laning extension of Thuraiyur-Perambalur Road SH-142 from Km 2/000 to 3/400 Km V.No.50 Muthaiyampalayam Village, in Thuraiyur Taluk, Thiruchirappali District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
