No.II(2)/HFw/217/2020.—Under clause (e) of Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Anatomy Act, 1951 (Tamil Nadu Act XVIII of 1951), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the Excel Medical college for Naturopathy and Yoga, Pallakkapalayam Village, Komarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District to be a Teaching Medical Institution for the purposes of the said Act. HIGHwAYS AND MINOR PORTS DEPARTMENT Schedule below have to be acquired for Highways p u r p o s e f o r t h e f o r m i n g R o a d O v e r B r i d g e i n Salem District, Omalur Taluk, T.Maramangalam Village at Km 7/2 of Tholasampatty (ODR) road in lieu of existing Lc.No.15 at Railway Km 15/800-900 in between Omalur and Mechery railway station and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Projects), Highways Department, Salem District after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

(D).No. 44, Highways and Minor Ports (HP1), 2nd March 2020, மாசி 19, விகாரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] No.II(2)/HwMP/218/2020.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 1368.0 sq.mtrs of dry lands in Salem District, Omalur Taluk to the same, a little more or less needed for the forming Road Over Bridge in Salem District, Salem, Omalur Taluk, T.Maramangalam village at Km 7/2 of Tholasampatty (ODR) road in lieu of existing Lc.No.15 at Railway Km 15/800-900 in between Omalur and Mecheri railway station.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the District collector, Salem and may be inspected at any time during office hours.

whereas, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that M/s,Matrix Rural & Agri Development India Limited, Tirunelveli, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

AND Whereas, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND Whereas, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOw, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial-Establishments) Act,Mar. 25, 2020] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAzETTE 167 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties standing in the name of Thiru Palanivel Thillai Kumar, Managing Director of M/s,Matrix Rural & Agri Development India Limited, Tirunelveli as specified in the Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the competent Authority, namely, the competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District appointed under the said Acts 2, The competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997,

No,II(2)/HO/220/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Family courts Act, 1984 (central Act 66 of 1984), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High court of Madras, hereby makes the following amendment to the Home Department Notification No.II(2)HO/295(a-1) 2017 published at page 1 of Part-II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 21st April, 2017 as subsequently amended namely:-

In the said Notification, for the expression "inclusive of Ariyalur Taluk and Sendurai Taluk", the expression "inclusive of Ariyalur Taluk, Sendurai Taluk, Andimadam Taluk and Jayankondam Village of Udayarpalyam Taluk" shall be substituted.

No.II(2)/LE/223/2020.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் (மதுரை) லிமிடெட், மதுரை என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவால் தமிழ்நாடு ஜெனரல் ஒர்க்கர்ஸ் யூனியன், மதுரை மாவட்டம் என்ற தொழிற் சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற் தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை நீதிமன்ற தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்; 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும் 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, மதுரை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்,

Justice (care and Protection of children) Act, 2015 [central Act 2 of 2016], the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Notification No.II (2)/SwNMP/1036(e-4)/2018 published at page 3 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated 18th December 2018.

Amendments to Notification
In the said Notification, for Serial Numbers 2 and 3 and the corresponding entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and the corresponding entries shall, respectively be substituted, namely:-
