Variation to the Sanctioned Tiruppur Town Planning Scheme No. 3 of Tiruppur Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and country Planning Act,1971. (Act No. 35 of 1972), the Director of Town and country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc. No. 19475/2019/TcP3, dated 28th February 2020 Proposes to make the following individual draft variation from Residential use into commercial use and deletion of proposed FF 30'0" Road in ward No. 4. Block No. 11, T.S.No. 315pt, (New ward No. N, Block No. 10, T.S. No. 52) Extent: 8008.00 sqm in Nallur Village- Tiruppur corporation, Tiruppur District to the Sanctioned Tiruppur Town Planning Scheme No. 3, Tiruppur Local Planning Area sanctioned by the G.O.Ms.No. 3174, PH, dated 8-11-1946 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 33, Part-1-A, L.A. and P.H, Page No. 267-271, dated 19-8-1947 Publication No. 470
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member-Secretary, Tiruppur Local Planning Authority Tiruppur any objections and suggestions relating there to.
3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Office.

1. Wherever the expression "Map No. 3&4, TP/DTP No. 101/1939-40 as modified by Map No. TP/DTP 192/58 occurs the expression DDP (V)/DTcP No.03/2020 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Government in the order G.O(2D)Ms.No.57, Housing and Urban Development UD4(l) Department, dt:27.02.2020 has permitted to change of land use of survey numbers making the following variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/610/2000 dated 07-06-2000, at Page No.295 of Part-lI—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 7th June 2000.
Variations
In the sais Master Plan, in the "LAND USE ScHEDULE" Serial Number: 20, VILLAGE NUMBER: 236 PEDDIKUPPAM under the heading:

Variation to the Apporved Master Plan for the Chithode New Town Development Authority.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4)of Section 32 of the TamilNadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O. Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1)) department, dated 12th June 2009 which has published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (issue No.27), Part-II Section-2, Page 228, dated 15th July 2009, of the following variations are made to the chithode New Town Development Plan approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development department Notification No.ll(2)/HOU/1204/99, page 516, Part II-Section-2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 27th October 1999.
Variation
In the said New Town Development Plan in "Annexure -c" under the heading "Land use of chithode New Town Development Plan" in the Tabular column.
(i) In "Annexure-X" under the heading "VI Agricultural use Zone" against the "entry "A-5, 61, Suriyampalayam Village", for the expression 205 to 208, the expression 205,206 (except – 206/2), 207, 208 shall be substituted.
2. 'In "Annexure VII" Under the heading "III. Industrial use zone" against serial number 20 after the entry I-20, 61. Suriyampalayam Village after the expression 206/2 shall be added.

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Cuddalore Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers delegated to the Local Planning authority for Reclassification streamlining procedure under Town and country Planning Act 1971 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27-part II Section -2 page 228 dated 15th July 2009 Member Secretary, cuddalore Local Planning Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub section (4) of Section 32 of Town and country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the master plan of cuddalore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published with the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.11(2) Hou / 490/2006 at page 326 of part II. Section -2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 20th September 2006.
Variations
In the said Master Plan in Annexure 3(1) Proposed Land use zoning.
(1) Under the heading cuddalore chinagananakuppam Village VI "AGRIcULTURAL USE zONE"
(i). Under the Sub heading cuddalore chinnaganankuppam Village S.No. 28/8, 9, 10; 29/1, 2, 3B, 7, 8, 16 ;
30/2 ; 31/4, 31/5 shall be substituted.
(ii). Under the heading cuddalore IV EDUcATIONAL USE zONE.
(i) Under sub heading cuddalore chinnaganankuppam Village S.No. 28/8, 9, 10 ; 29/1, 2, 3B, 7, 8, 16; 30/2 ; 31/4, 31/5 shall be inserted.
