WHEREAS in the reference first read above, the Government have issued orders extending restrictions in the territorial jurisdictions of the State of Tamil Nadu upto 17-05-2020 to contain the further spread of cOVID-19. Further in the reference second read above, amendment is also issued for the above orders.
2 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAzETTE ExTRAORDINARYNOW THEREFORE the Government based on the proposal of Home and Prohibition and Excise Department issues following amendment to the GO.Ms.No.217, Revenue and Disaster Management (DM-II) Department, dated 3-5-2020 read with G.O.Ms.No.223, Revenue and Disaster Management, dated. 05-05-2020 with effect from 18-5-2020.
The following sub-clause shall be added under Clause VII
xxiii. Liquor Retail Vending Shops other than shops located in malls and market complexes will function from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
