Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby provides for the consolidation of duty of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh only) chargeable under the said Act in respect of issue of insurance policies by the Life Insurance corporation of India, P & GS Unit chennai-2 for the period from 15-02-2020 to 31.03.2021.
