The following order of the Government of India, New Delhi, the 12th February, 2020 is republished
F.No. Conf. 5(19)2008/TN/10842.—In accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4 read with pragraph 5 of the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme 1952, hereinafter referred to as "Scheme", and in supersession of the Notification No. Conf. 5(19)2008/TN/23260 dated 08-02-2013 issued by the Central provident Fund Commissioner, New Delhi, the chairman, central Board of Trustees, (EPF) hereby sets up a Regional committee of the State of Tamil Nadu consisting of the following persons, namely:—

2. The Additional central Provident Fund commissioner in-charge of the State of Tamil Nadu shall be the Secretary of the Regional committee of the State of Tamil Nadu.
3. The term of office of the Chairman and every member of the Regional Committee shall be three years commencing on and from the date on which their appointment is notified in the Official Gazette. However, every member shall continue to hold office until the appointment of his successor is notified in the Official Gazettee.
4. This will come into force with immediate effect.
