Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Tirunelveli Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

1. In Schedule IV (Form No.7) SI. No.5 in 2nd column S. No.645pt shall be deleted and substituted as S.No.645/pt (Excluding S.No.645/1 pt. Ward-BP. Block-32, T.S.No.21/1 in Melapalayam Ward) and in 4th column instead of 2.75 acres 1.62 acres shall be substituted.

NOTIFICATION FOR RE-DESIGNATION OF COURT AT THIRUVADANAI IN RAMANATHAPURAM DISTRICT

Whereas the Government of Tamil Nadu have issued orders In G.O.(Ms).No.671, Home (Cts.lII) Department, dated 22-11-2019 that a separate District Munsif Court be constituted at Thiruvadanai and in G.O.(Ms).No.465, Home (Cts.II) Department, dated 05-09-2019, that the existing District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai be converted as separate Judicial Magistrate Court at Thiruvadanai in Ramanathapuram District.

Hence, it is hereby informed that on and from the date on which the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadani is constituted, the existing District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai shall be re-designated as Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadani.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras hereby directs that in Tiruvannamalai District, the District Munsif Court Chengam, shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Thandarampattu Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thandarampattu shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Thandarampattu with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thandarampattu assumes charge of that Court.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Tiruchirappalli District, the District Munsif Court, Musiri, shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Thottiam Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thottiam shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Thottiam with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thottiam assumes charge of that Court.
