TRANSFER OF CASES REGISTERED IN CRIME Nos. 649/2020 AND 650/2020 UNDER SECTION 176(1-A)(i) OF THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, 1973 (CENTRAL ACT 2 OF 1974) TO THE CENTRAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE DELHI SPECIAL POLICE ESTABLISHMENT ACT 1946.

Under Section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act 25 of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby accords his consent to the extension of the powers and jurisdiction of members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu to investigate the cases registered in Kovilpatti East Police Station Crime Nos.649/2020 and 650/2020 under Section 176 (1-A) (i) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974).
