Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu - Kanchipuram Road at KM (46/200 to 46/900 KM (RHS)) Palayaseevaram-A Village in Walajabad Taluk, Kanchipuram District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 3047 sq.mt of lands are acquired Palayaseevaram-A Villages in Walajabad Taluk, Kanchipuram District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu – Kanchipuram Road at KM (46/200 to 46/900 KM (RHS)).
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Kanchipuram in Kanchipuram District may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH- 115 Cheyyur-Vandavasi-Polur Road at KM 88/850 to 92/500 KM 150. Thachampadi Village in Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Vandavasi (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Thachampadi Village in Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-115 Cheyyur-Vandavasi-Polur Road at KM 88/850 to 92/500 KM.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the land specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 11930 of sq.mt of Dry land are acquired in Palur "C" Part -2 Village in Chengalpattu Taluk and District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu – Kanchipuram Road at KM 40/610 to KM 42/400 and KM 40/620 to KM 42/400.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH- 115 Cheyyur-Vandavasi-Polur Road at KM 45/000 to 46/455 KM 176, Maruthadu (Linear) Kadaisikulam Village in Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Vandavasi (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet and dry land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring an extent of 10649 sq.mts of lands are acquired 176, Maruthadu (Linear) Kadaisikulam Village in Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniya-kumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for Strengthening and widening of SH-115 Cheyyur-Vandavasi-Polur Road at KM 45/000 to 46/455 KM. The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Vandavasi in Tiruvannamalai District and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu - Kanchipuram Road at KM 38/740 to KM 40/620 No.65.Palur C (Part-I) Village in Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Chengalpattu (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil NaduTAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 69 hereby notifi ed that the Dry and R.Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 10462 of sq.mt of lands are acquired in No. 65.Palur C (Part-I) Village in Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu – Kanchipuram Road at KM 38/740 to KM 40/620.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Kancheepuram in Kancheepuram District may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
