The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purpose of setting up Petroleum Product Storage Terminal of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited at Sivadi Village and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Government. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999.)
NOTIFICATION
U n d e r s u b s e c t i o n ( 1 ) o f S e c t i o n 3 o f t h e Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring 26.28.0 Hectares to the same a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for setting up of new Petroleum Products Storage Terminal by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited in Sivadi Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition, HPCL, Dharmapuri District and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
