SPECIAL CAMP - DECLARATION OF PREMISES OF THE TAMIL NADU HAJ SERVICE SOCIETY (ANNEXURE BUILDING), AT NO.3, DEMELLOWS ROAD, CHOOLAI, CHENNAI-12 AS SPECIAL CAMP TO ACCOMMODATE 129 FOREIGN NATIONALS RELEASED ON BAIL - ORDERS ISSUED.

3) From the President, Tamil Nadu Haj Service Society letter dated 13-07-2020 addressed to the District Collector, Chennai.

ORDER:

In the circumstances stated in the letters fourth and ﬁ fth read above, Government hereby declare and notify the premises of Tamil Nadu Haj Service Society (Annexure Building) at No.3, Demellows Road, Choolai, Chennai-12 as Special Camp to accommodate 129 Foreign Nationals released on bail against whom orders have been issued / will be issued under Section 3(2) (e) of the Foreigners Act, 1946 to restrict their free movement in the State. 2. The District Collector, Chennai is therefore directed to take over the premises from the management of Tamil Nadu Haj Service Society at No.3, Demellows Road, Choolai, Chennai-12 for administrative and operative control over the above special camp.
