NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15 (1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TN ACT 34 OF 2002)
READ WITH TAMIL NADU ACT 38 OF 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH- 115 Cheyyur-Vandavasi-Polur Road at KM 38/400 to 40/450 KM 175, Mamandur Village in Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Vandavasi (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the dry land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring an extent of 2513 sq.mts of lands are acquired 175, Mamandur Village in Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for Strengthening and widening of SH-115 Cheyyur-Vandavasi-Polur Road at KM 38/400 to 40/450 KM. The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Vandavasi in Tiruvannamalai District and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-8620 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY Omalur - Sankagiri - Tiruchengode - Paramathi (Tiruchengode Bypass) Road at Km 2.630 to Km 4.930 in 29.Rajapalayam Village in Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Salem, (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent 67245 Sq. mtr., of lands in 29.Rajapalayam Village in Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for strengthening and widening of SH-86 Omalur - Sankagiri - Tiruchengode - Paramathi (Tiruchengode Bypass) Road at Km 2.630 to Km 4.930.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for widening of SH-40 Tiruchendur - Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road (From 19/950 to 21/800) Thenthiruperai Cusba Village in Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District , and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), (CKICP), Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry, Wet and R.Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 11798 sq.mtrs. of Dry, Wet and R.Manai lands comprised in S.No. 1/1A1A and etc., at Thenthiruperai Cusba Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District notifi ed for acquisition by invoking the provisions of the T.N. Highways Act, 2001 towards the purpose of Widening the State Highways Road SH-40, Tiruchendur - Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road (19/950 to 21/800).
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
