ACQUISITION OF LAND
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired for Highways purpose to wit for providing Road connectivity to Ennore Port in Ponneri Taluk (Northern Port Access Road Project) at No.140, Neithavoyal I & II Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer (Construction and Maintenance), Highways Department after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 6,731 sq.mt of lands are acquired in No.140, Neithavoyal I & II Village in Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of providing Road Connectivity to Ennore Port in Ponneri Taluk (Northern Port Access Road Project)
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired for Highways purpose to wit for providing Road connectivity to Ennore Port in Ponneri Taluk under Northern Port Access Road Project at No.106, Jaganathapuram-II Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer(Construction and Maintenance), Highways Department after having considerng the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry, Manavari and Gramanatham lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 90,352 sq.mt of lands are acquired in No.106, Jaganathapuram-II Village in Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of providing Road Connectivity to Ennore Port in Ponneri Taluk under Northern Port Access Road Project.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai – 58 and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Northern Port Access Road Project, Ponneri may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Highways purpose to wit for providing Road connectivity to Ennore Port in Ponneri Taluk (Northern Port Access Road Project) at No.98, Nalur-II Vllage, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer(Construction and Maintenance), Highways Department after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet, Dry and Manavari lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1,37,281 sq.mt of lands are acquired in No.98, Nalur-II Village in Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of providing Road Connectivity to Ennore Port in Ponneri Taluk (Northern Port Access Road Project)
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai – 58 and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Northern Port Access Road Project, Ponneri may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 38,327 sq.mt of lands are acquired in No.135, Minjur-II Village in Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of providing Road Connectivity to Ennore Port in Ponneri Taluk under Northern Port Access Road Project.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai – 58 and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Northern Port Access Road Project, Ponneri may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 9,588 sq.mt of lands are acquired in No.135, Minjur-I Village in Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of providing Road Connectivity to Ennore Port in Ponneri Taluk under Northern Port Access Road Project.
