BACKWARD CLASSES, MOST BACKWARD CLASSES AND MINORITIES WELFARE DEPARTMENT. [G.O. (2D) No. 16, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities welfare (T1), 7th July 2020, ஆனி 23, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு&2051.] No. I/BCMBCMW/17/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 23 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby appoints, Dr. D. Faritha Banu, District Revenue Offi cer as Chief Executive Offi cer of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board.

In the G.O. fi rst read above, Major Ajay PS Rathore (IC-75630) from Indian Army was appointed as Aide-de-Camp (Army) to Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu on deputation basis for a period of two years with effect from 09-02-2018 FN on the terms and conditions of the services intimated by Indian Army, New Delhi and his tenure expired on 08-02-2020.
In the G.O. second read above, sanction was accorded for extension of the deputation tenure of Major Ajay PS Rathore from Indian Army as Aide-de-Camp to Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu for a further period of four months wtih effect from 09-02-2020 with the same terms and conditions issued in the G.O. fi rst read above.
2. Now, the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, New Delhi has stated that the Competent Authority has approved the extension of tenure of IC - 75630N Major Ajay PS Rathore, Aide-de-Camp to Governor of Tamil Nadu Secretariat, 22nd July 2020.
No.I/PU/18/2020.—[Raj Bhavan, Chennai - Major Ajay PS Rathore (IC - 75630N) (Indian Army) Aide-de-Camp to Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu - Extension of tenure for a period of two months with effect from 09-06-2020 - Notifi ed - Orders Issued].
The Following Government Order is Published:-
for two months beyond 09-06-2020 and has requested to issue necessary orders immediately under intimatiion to DMA. In the letter third read above, the Secretary to Governor, Raj Bhavan, Chennai, has therefore requested to issue necessary orders for extending the tenure of Major Ajay PS Rathore, Aide-de-Camp to Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu for two months beyond 09-06-2020.
