The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-23, Mayiladuthurai-Tiruvarur Road at KM (25/308 to 25/687) Thuthukudi Village in Nannilam Taluk, Tiruvarur District,and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the fundscontrolled andmanaged by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamilnaduafter having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019. The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1741 sq.mt of lands are to be acquired in Thuthukudi Village in Nannilam Taluk, Tiruvarur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-23, Mayiladuthurai-Tiruvarur Road at KM (25/308 to 25/687).
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer, Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tiruvarur may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-23, Mayiladuthurai - Tiruvarur Road at KM (34/420 to 35/770) Vandampalai village in Nannilam Taluk, Tiruvarur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu. After considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet, Dry & manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 7091 sq.mts. of Wet, Dry & manai lands are acquired in Vandampalai village in Nannilam Taluk, Tiruvarur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Widening of SH-23, Mayiladuthurai - Tiruvarur Road at KM (34/420 to 35/770).

The Governor of Tamil Nadu havingbeen satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Projectfor Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-86 Omalur – Sankari – Tiruchengode Road at 19/130 Km to 25/380 Kmin20, Kachupalli Village in Edapadi Taluk, Salem District,and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the fundscontrolled andmanaged by the Divisional Engineer(H),CKICP,Salem, Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the Wet and Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent 19438 Sq. mtr., of lands in20, Kachupalli Village in Edapadi Taluk, Salem District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Projectfor Highways purpose, to wit, for strengthening and widening ofSH-86 Omalur – Sankari – Tiruchengode Road at 19/130 Km to 25/380 Km.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project,Sankari may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-40, Tiruhendur-Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road at KM (21/500 to 24/900) Thirukalur village in Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Tirunelveli (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose SH-69 Vridhachalam – Ulundurpettai Road at KM 15/755 to 15/765 K.M., 50, Karnattam Village in Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Cuddalore (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet & Dry land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring an extent of 5841 sq.mts of lands are acquired 50, Karnattam Village in Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for Strengthening and widening of SH-69 Vridhachalam – Ulundurpettai Road at KM 15/755 to 15/765 K.M.,.
