NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU ACT 38 OF 2019.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu havingbeen satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Projectfor Highways purpose to witfor formation of bypass inSH-95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road atKm 36/700 to Km 38/700 -02/000inThuthikulam Village in SenthamangalamTaluk, Namakkal District,and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the fundscontrolled andmanaged by the Divisional Engineer, Highways,Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem, Tamilnaduafter having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub- section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 63366 Sq. mtr., of wet and dry lands in Thuthikulam Village in SenthamangalamTaluk, Namakkal District, for formation of bypass in SH-95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road at Km 36/700 to Km 38/700-02/000.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for widening of SH-40Tiruchendur- Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road (from Km.35/400 to 38/400KM) Kongarayakurichi Village in SrivaikundamTaluk, Thoothukudi District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), (CKICP), Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Dry, Wet lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 41767 sq.mtrs., of Dry and Wet lands comprised in S.No. 44/1 and etc., at Kongarayakurichi Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District notiﬁ ed for acquisition by invoking the provisions of the T.N. Highways Act, 2001 towards the purpose of Widening the State Highways Road SH-40, , Tiruchendur – Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road (from Km.35/400 to 38/400KM.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to witfor strengthening and widening of SH-95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road atKm 36/100 to Km 40/800 in 8.Kalapanayakanpatti and Thuthikulam Village in SenthamangalamTaluk, Namakkal District, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways, Salem, (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent 8414 Sq. mtr., of Dry and R.Manailands in 8.Kalapanayakanpatti and Thuthikulam Village in SenthamangalamTaluk, Namakkal District, for strengthening and widening of SH-95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road at Km 36/100 to Km 40/800.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 51159 sq.mts of lands are acquired in No.67- Nagavedu village in Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Part-II Kancheepuram–Arakkonam–Thiruthani Road at (92/340 KM to 93/100 KM (BHS), 93/220KM to 93/220 KM (LHS), 93/220 KM to 93/400 (BHS) KM, and 93/700 KM to 94/340 (BHS) KM.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-09 Cuddalore-Madapattu Road at Km 23/700 to Km 25/100 57.Kanisapakkam-II Village in Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Cuddalore, (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent 19982 sq.mt of dry lands in 57.Kanisapakkam -II Village in Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for strengthening and widening of SH-09 Cuddalore-Madapattu Road at Km 23/700 to Km 25/100.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, No.16, Visalatchi Nagar, Sevilimedu, Kancheepuram and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Cuddalore-Madapattu Unit, No.10, ALC Campus, Cuddalore in Cuddalore District and may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.
