NOTICE
ACQUISITION OF LANDS
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999). The Governor of Tamil Nadu [G.O.Ms. No.161, Industries (NLC), 29th July 2020, ஆடி 14, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.]
hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below No. II(2)/IND/475(a)/2020.
and measuring 3.70.0 hectares be the same a little more or
less needed for Industrial purposes, to wit, in favour of Mine-1
Expansion Scheme of NLC India Limited.
The plans of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special
Deputy Collector / Land Acquisition, Neyveli-2 and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial Purposes, to wit, in favour of Mine-1 Expansion Scheme of NLC India Limited and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by NLC India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.
