By the Orders of the Ministry of Railways and in exercise of the Powers conferred under Section 30 of the Indian Railways Act, 1989 and in partial modifi cation of the Notifi cation published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notifi cation No. VI-3(a)/23/2010 Dated March 18, 2010 and based on the Ministry of Railways Offi ce Memorandum No. TCR/1055/2020/1/3318268 Dated: 10-6-2020, the Board of Trustees of V.O. Chidambaranar Port Trust hereby notify that the charges specifi ed in the schedule below shall be levied.
