Acquisition of Lands.
as the case may be do hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE

Under sub - section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent Acquisition of 2.25.25 Hectares Wet and 0.12.75 Hectares Dry lands (Total 2.38.0 Hectares) in Annalagaraharam Village for formation of Kumbakonam Byepass Road.
No.II(2)/HWMP/476/2020.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for formation of Kumbakonam Byepass Road Phase-III Thanjavur District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways) Construction and Maintenance Thanjavur after considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands
The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer, Thanjavur and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

NOTICE
Under sub - section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent Acquisition of 4.38.42 Hectares Wet and 0.00.55 Hectares Dry lands (Total 4.38.97 Hectares) in Melkorukkai Village for formation of Kumbakonam Byepass Road.
No.II(2)/HWMP/477/2020.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for formation of Kumbakonam Byepass Road Phase-III Thanjavur District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways) Construction and Maintenance Thanjavur after considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following Notice
The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer, Thanjavur and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

Ryot Nanjai and 0.87.15 Hect. Ryot Punjai (Total 1.31.80 Hect.) in Unniyur Village for the Construction of High Level Bridge across the River Cauvery.

The following Government Order is published:-
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in fi nancial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties standing in the names of members of the said defaulted fi nancial establishment specifi ed in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue offi cer, Coimbatore District appointed under the said Act.

Whereas, Complaints have been received from a number of depositors that M/s Fine Future, Coimbatore District, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
And Whereas, the Government are satisfi ed that the said fi nancial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Etablishments) Act, 1997 Coimbatore is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Offi cer, Coimbatore District for fi ling the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act. 9th July 2020, ஆனி 25, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு&2051] No.II(2)/HOU/482/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention to include the areas of the following revenue villages to the Tenkasi Local Planning Area, which has been declared as such vide Rural Development and Local Administration Notifi cation No. II(2)/ RUL/2152/74, published at page 220 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 17th April 1974.

மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

No.II(2)/LE/484/2020.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக மதுரா கோட்ஸ் பிரைவேட் லிமிடெட், திருநெல்வேலி என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் தலைவர், திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டம் அம்பாசமுத்திரம் மதுரா கோட்ஸ் மில்ஸ் தொழிலாளர்கள் கூட்டமைப்பு தொழிற்சங்கம், விக்கிரமசிங்கபுரம் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறில் கோரிக்கை எண் 1-ஐ சென்னை தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்வத்திற்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, இணைப்பில் காணும் எழுவினாவுடன் சென்னை, தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயத்தின், தீர்வத்திற்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு திருநெல்வேலி, தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

திரு. டி. ஜெஸ்டின், ஓட்டுநருக்கு (பணி எண். 10062), ஊதிய உயர்வினை வருங்காலத்தில் பாதிக்கும் வண்ணம் 3 வருடங்கள் நிறுத்தி வைத்தும், அன்னார் தற்காலிக வேலை நீக்கத்திலிருந்து நாட்களை தகுதி வாயந்த விடுப்பாக அமல்படுத்தியும், நிர்வாகத்தால் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள 07&02&2018 நாளிட்ட தண்டனையை இரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா ?

மதுரா கோட்ஸ் ஆலையில் அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் 2015&16 நிதியாண்டில் அவர்கள் ஈட்டிய சம்பளத்திற்கு பேலன்ஸ் ஷீட் அடிப்படையில் போனஸ் 8.33% மற்றும் ஊக்கத் தொகை 11.67% சேர்த்து 20% தொகையில் வருகைப்பதிவேட்டின் அடிப்படையில் வழங்கிய போனஸ் போக மீதித் தொகையை வழங்குமாறு கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா ?
