In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part-II—Section-2, Page No.228 dated 15-07-2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Madurai Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department II(2) HOU/645/95 at Page No.190 and 191 of Part-II–Section-2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 02-02-1995.

(2) In the said Master Plan in Part-II "Land Use Schedule" under Thanichiyam Village (Alanganallur Panchayat Union) of Vadipatti Taluk, Village Number and Name 110.Thanichiyam under the heading VI Agricultural, use zone to IIl.Industrial use zone under heading c.Special Industrial use zone (Special & Hazardous Industrial use zone).
(3) Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone, all other Survey Numbers included In this Village, S.F.Nos.176/1B, 176/7, 176/8A and 176/8B shall be deleted in S.F.No.176.
(4) Against the entry III.Industrial use zone under heading c.Special Industrial use zone (Special & Hazardous Industrial use zone) S.F.No.176/1B, 176/7, 176/8A and 176/8B shall be added.

1. In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confi rmed by the G.O.Ms No.94 Housing & Urban Development, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part - Il—Section-2, Page - 228 dated:15-07-2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Mixed Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.86, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 19-03-2020. In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Act No. 35 of 1972) the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning (FAC) here by confi rm the following individual draft variation for Deletion of part of 'AA' Scheme Road 120'-0" (36 m) road, S.F.Nos. 1/2,3,4,6,4/2, 3, 5B1 pt and 6A1 of Athikulam Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai Corporation, Madurai District to the Approved Athikulam Detailed Development Plan Part - I of Madurai Local Planning Area approved by Commissioner of Town and Country Planning (FAC), Proceeding in Roc. No. 36563/97/DP2, Dated: 24-08-1999 and the fact of this approved published in TNGG No. 44, Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 661, Dated: 21-11-2001, Published No. VI (1)/ 685/2001 and the said draft notifi cation published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No.21, Part VI—Section-1, Page No.160-161, dated:- 22-05-19, Publication No.VI(1)/225/2019.
Since no objections and suggestions have been not received on the draft notifi cation within the stipulated time, the same are here by confi rmed and ordered as below.
