The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for strengthening and widening of SH-58 (Part II) Kanchipuram – Arakkonam- Tirutani Road at Km 66/940 to 67/250 km (LHS) and km 66/940 to 67/100 km.(RHS) Kanchipuram Town, Ward-4, Block-57 Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu, after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the following lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 877 sq.mtrs. of R.Wet, R.Dry and R.Manai lands in Kanchipuram Town, Ward-4, Block- 57 in Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 (Part II) Kanchipuram – Arakkonam – Tirutani Road at Km 66/940 to 67/250 km (LHS) and km 66/940 to 67/100 km (RHS).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kanchipuram and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Arakkonam in Ranipet District which may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

Mtr. in 05.Belukuruchi village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways, for formation of Road in S.H–95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu, having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired for Highways Department for Konganapuram Bye-pass of SH-86 Omalur-Sankari-Tiruchengode-Paramathi Road from K.M.25/530 to K.M.26/610 in 20.Kachuppalli Village (Bye-pass), Edappadi Taluk of Salem District, and it have already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Highways Department after considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do here by publish the following notiﬁ cation under sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTIFICATION

Under sub section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 29797 Sq.Mtr. in 20.Kachuppalli Village (Bye-pass), Edappadi Taluk, Salem District to the same a little more or less needed for Highways to wit for the formation of Konganapuram Bye-pass from K.M.25/530 to K.M.26/610 in SH–86 Omalur-Sankari- Tiruchengode-Paramathi Road.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (LA), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and Oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sankari at Omalur may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for Widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam- Sirkazhi Road at KM (7/987 to 9/866) 60.Thiruvidaimaruthur Village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Wet & Manai lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 845 sq.mts. of Wet & Manai lands are acquired in 60.Thiruvidaimaruthur Village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, for Widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam-Sirkazhi Road at KM (7/987 to 9/866).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu - Kanchipuram Road at (From Km. 48/900 to Km. 50/860) No.87 Vallapakkam Village, Walajabad Taluk, Kanchipuram District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Wet, dry & R.Manai land speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring an extent of 60994 sq.mts of lands are acquired No.87 Vallapakkam Village in Walajabad Taluk, Kanchipuram District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu - Kanchipuram Road at (From Km. 48/900 to Km. 50/860) .The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kanchipuram and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kanchipuram District and may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu - Kancheepuram Road at KM 48/970 to 51/000 K.M., Vallapakkam (Additional) Village,Kanchipuram District, Walajabad Taluk, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Kancheepuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notify that the Dry & Wet land speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring an extent of 596 sq.mts of lands are acquired in Vallapakkam (Additional) Village in Walajabad Taluk, Kancheepuram District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu - Kancheepuram Road at KM 48/970 to 51/000 K.M.,. The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for Widening of Kumbakonam - Srikali Road From K.m of 11/402 K.m To 12/525 K.m (SH-64) at Govinthapuram village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Wet, Dry & Mani lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1556 sq.mts. of Wet, Dry & Mani lands are acquired in Govinthapuram village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, for Widening of Kumbakonam - Srikali Road From K.m of 11/402 K.m To 12/525 K.m (SH-64).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu - Kanchipuram Road at KM 0/000 to KM 1/410 and KM 1/410 to KM 1/520 No.54 Sevilimedu Village in Kanchipuram Taluk &District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the following lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 3293 sq.mt of Dry and wet lands in No.54.Sevilimedu Village in Kanchipuram Taluk & District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu – Kanchipuram Road at KM 0/000 to KM 1/410 and KM 1/410 to KM 1/520.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kanchipuram and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Kanchipuram in Kanchipuram District may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.
