As per High Court's Offi cial Memorandum cited in the reference above, it is hereby notifi ed that all the Civil and Sessions Courts in the Unit of the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu viz., Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, District Court No. II, Kancheepuram, Additional District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, Sub-Courts at Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram, Madurantakam and Tambaram and the District Munsif Courts at Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram, Madurantakam, Tambaram and Alandur and on the civil side alone in the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Thirukalukundram, Uthiramerur and Sriperumbudur will be closed for Summer Vacation during the year 2020 as given below:-

I. SUMMER VACATION

2. The Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, District Court No.II, Kancheepuram, Additional District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu and all the Subordinate Judges' Courts in Kancheepuram District will be closed for Summer Vacation from Friday, the 1st day of May, 2020 to Sunday, the 31st day of May, 2020 (both days inclusive).

3. In the Civil Unit, all the District Munsif Courts and the Civil work in the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Courts at Thirukalukundram, Uthiramerur and Sriperumbudur will be closed for Summer Vacation from Friday, the 1st day of May, 2020 to Sunday, the 31st day of May, 2020 (both days inclusive).

4. The Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, District Court No.II, Kancheepuram, Additional District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu and Subordinate Judges' Courts and the District Munsifs' Courts in this District shall reopen on Monday, the 1st day of June, 2020 after summer vacation.

DUSSEHRA HOLIDAYS

5. From, Saturday, the 17th day of October, 2020 to Monday, the 26th day of October, 2020 (both days inclusive)

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

6. From, Friday, the 25th day of December, 2020 to Thursday, the 31st day of December, 2020 (both days inclusive).

7. All Sundays are Holidays for the Principal District Court, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu and all Subordinate Courts in Kancheepuram District.

7a. The Family Court, Chengalpattu shall work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. All other Saturdays are declared as holidays, except 25-4-2020 which is declared as working day.

8. The following 10 Saturdays are fi xed as working days for the Principal District Court, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu and all Subordinate Courts in Kancheepuram District:-

9. The following holidays are declared as Holidays as per High Court's Offi cial Memorandum in Roc.No. 88001-A/2019/ C3, dated 12-12-2019

(cid:3478)(cid:3479)(cid:3484)(cid:3469): As Republic Day (26-1-2020), Bakrid (1-8-2020), Independence Day (15-8-2020), Vinayakar Chathurthi (22-8-2020), Muharram (30-8-2020), Ayutha Pooja (25-10-2020), and Deepavali (14-11-2020) fall on Saturdays/Sundays, these days are not shown in the above list.

10. The offi ce of the part-time Offi cial Receiver, Chengalpattu will remain open throughout the vacation and holidays, (except Saturdays and Sundays which are not fi xed as working days),

11. During the summer vacation 2020, the courts of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram, Uthiramerur and Sriperumbudur will have the holidays only on the civil side.

12. No Plaint or Petition except application for grant of copies and for service and execution of processes, will be received during the adjournments. In case, a vacation civil judge is appointed by the Government for this district, urgent plaints, appeal and petitions in civil cases alone will be received and disposed of by him in exercise of the powers vested on him under Sec. 30 of the Central Act III of 1873 as amended by Tamil Nadu Act XVII of 1959.

13. The Copyist and Process Service Establishments will be kept open throughout the vacation but no arrest warrant will be executed during the vacation.

ARRANGEMENTS WILL HOWEVER BE MADE

14. for transmitting the records in appeal and sessions cases etc. to the High Court of Judicature, Madras.

15. For all the administrative correspondences and;

16. For furnishing originals and for records to the Copyist and process Service Establishment respectively.

17. Urgent applications for bail during the absence of the Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu and District Judge, District Court No. II, Kancheepuram during the summer vacation 2020 shall be made to the High Court of Judicature at Madras if no Vacation Sessions Judge is appointed for Kancheepuram Sessions Division.

18. The rules relating to the Annual adjournments of courts regarding the exercise of power by the vacation Civil Judge under Sec. 30 of Central Act III of 1873 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Act XVII of 1959 will apply mutatis mutandis to the summer holidays 2020.

5. The offi ce of the Offi cial Receiver, Thanjavur the Fast Track Court, Thanjavur will remain open throughout the vacation 6. 7. The Offi ce of the Copyists and Process service Establishments will remain open throughout the Vacation, but no arrest warrant will be executed during the vacation. The Offi ce of the other Establishment will remain closed. Arrangements will however be made.

1. for transmitting records in appeals to the Hon'ble High Court

2. for all administrative correspondence.

3. for furnishing the copies and Process Service Establishments with necessary records and Original Orders Judgements etc. and

4. for receiving printing charges and plan copying fees in respect of Copy Applications.

8. Appeals of an urgent nature during the adjournment may be presented before the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court at Madurai.

9. In case of Vacation Civil Judge, he will be appointed by the Government for the District of Thanjavur under Section 30 of the Madras Civil Act (Central Act III of 1873 as amended Section 4 of the Madras Act 17 of 1959) Civil suits and Appeals and other proceedings in Civil cases alone will be received and disposed of by him in terms of Section 30(c) of the above said Act and the rules that may be framed in this behalf.

10. Urgent applications for bail during the absence of the Principal Sessions Judge for Thanjavur, Thanjavur Division, During the Vacation should be made in the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, if Vacation Sessions Judge, is not appointed for Thanjavur Sessions Division.

No. 88001-A/2019/C3, dated 12-12-2019 it is hereby notifi ed that the Civil and Sessions Courts in Tiruvarur District will be closed for summer vacation during the year 2020 as hereunder and the following days are declared as holidays for Subordinate Civil and Sessions Courts of Tiruvarur District during the year 2020.

SUMMER VACATION 2020

The Courts of Principal District and Sessions Judge of Tiruvarur, the Courts of the Subordinate Judges/Assistant Sessions Judges, Tiruvarur & Mannargudi, the Courts of District Munsif, Tiruvarur, Mannargudi & Tiruthuraipoondi the Courts of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrates, Nannilam, Needamangalam & Valangaiman (Civil side only) will be closed from Friday the 1st day of May, 2020 to Sunday, the 31st day of May 2020 (both days inclusive).

1) In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and Government Order in G.O.Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban Development UD4(1) Department, dated 12-6-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II, Section-2, Page No. 228 dated 15-7-2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Madurai Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department II(2) Hou/645/95 at Page No. 190 and 191 of Part-II, Section-2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 2-2-1995.

VARIATION

2) In the Said Master Plan in Part-II "Land Use Schedule" under Mathur Village (Madurai East Panchayat Union) of Madurai East Taluk, Village Number and Name, 179, Velliangundram Bit-IV (Mathur) under the heading VI Agriculatural use zone to I Residential use zone under heading b.Mixed Residential use zone.

3) Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone, all other Survey Numbers included in this Village, S.F.No. 124/1B, 124/2 and S.F. No. 125/1A, 125/2 shall be deleted in S.F. No. 124 and S.F. No. 125 respectively.

4) Against the entry I Residential use zone under heading b.Mixed residential use zone S.F. Nos. 124/1B, 124/2, 124/1A and 125/2 shall be substituted.
