ACQUISITION OF LANDS

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for strengthening and widening of SH-115 Cheyyur - Polur Road including ECR Link at Km 07/000 to 12/300 km No.188 Kattudevathur Village, MaduranthakamTaluk, Chengalpattu District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the following lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 5463 sq.mtrs. of Dry and Wet lands comprised in S.No.53/1, etc., at No.188,Kattudevathur Village, MaduranthakamTaluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose,for Strengthening and widening of SH-115 Cheyyur - Polur Road including ECR Link at Km 07/000 to 12/300 km.

NOTICE

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for strengthening and widening of SH-09 Cuddalore – Madapattu Road at 24/400 Km to 25/600 Km No.16 Panapakkam Village in Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the following lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 30126 sq.mt of Dry lands in No.16,Panapakkam Village in Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose for Strengthening and widening of SH-09 Cuddalore – Madapattu Road at 24/400 Km to 25/600 Km.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for Strengthening and widening of SH 40- Tiruchedur -Ambasamudram via Palyamkottai Road (from K.M of 84/300 to 86/000)TherkuKallidaikurichi Village, Tirunelveli District, Ambasamudram Taluk, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Tirunelveli (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Notice Under Section 15 (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 32 of 2002) Read With The Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment And Validation) Act 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for Strengthening and widening of SH-142 Thuraiyur - Perambalur Road at Km. 2/000 to 3/400 K.m., Thuraiyur Town (Additional) Villages, Thiruchirapalli District, Thuraiyur Taluk, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Cuddalore (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby notify that the land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring an extent of 177.5 sq.mts are acquired in Thuraiyur Town (Additional)Village in Thuraiyur Taluk, Thiruchirapalli District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for Strengthening and widening of SH-142 Thuraiyur - Perambalur Road at Km. 2/000 to 3/400 K.m.,The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Perambalur District and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
