NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Kumbakonam-Srikali Road at KM (9/975 and 10/280 to 10/320 and 11/358 KM (RHS)) 64.Viswanathpuram Village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the R.Manai, Dry and Wet lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 588 sq.mt of lands are acquired in 64.Viswanathpuram Village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-64 Kumbakonam-Srikali Road at KM (9/975 and 10/280 to 10/320 and 11/358 KM (RHS)).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai–Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Kumbakonam and may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been Satisﬁ ed that the lands Speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-66, Kumbakonam–Mannargudi Road (From K.M of 15/950 to 17/460) Thiruvonamangalam Village, Valangaiman Taluk, Tiruvarur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, (Highways) Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub- section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Wet lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 15572 sq.mt of lands are to be acquired in Thiruvonamangalam Village in Valangaiman Taluk, Tiruvarur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-66, Kumbakonam–Mannargudi Road (From K.M of 15/950 to 17/460).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai–Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Mannargudi may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the Wet and Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 8369 Sq. meters are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 (Part-II) Kanchipuram –Arakkonam–Thiruthani Road at From 71/200 Km to 72/480 No.16.Semparampakkam Village in Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram, Chennai–Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project , Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ es that the Wet and Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 8369 of Sq. meters of lands are to be acquired in No.16.Semparampakkam Village in Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-58 (Part-II) Kanchipuram -Arakkonam- Thiruthani Road From 71/200 Km to 72/480.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu havingbeen satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-86 Omalur – Sankari – Tiruchengode Road at 19/130 Km to 25/380 Km. in 21, Koranampatty Village in Edapadi Taluk, Salem District,and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the fundscontrolled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), CKICP, Salem, Tamil Naduafter having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu - Kanchipuram Road at ( From Km. 2/000 to Km. 2/730 (LHS), From Km. 4/265 to Km. 4/700(LHS) and From Km. 4/700 to Km. 5/200 (BHS)) No.56 Vishnukanchi Village in Kanchipuram Taluk and District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ es that the land speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1229 sq.mt Dry and R.Manai lands are to be acquired in No.56 Vishnukanchi Village in Kanchipuram District and Taluk, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – KanyakumariIndustrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu – Kanchipuram Road at ( From Km. 2/000 to Km. 2/730 (LHS), From Km. 4/265 to Km. 4/700(LHS) and From Km. 4/700 to Km. 5/200 (BHS)).
