ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-58-1 Chengalpattu - Kanchipuram Road at (From KM 30/000 to KM 31/615(LHS) and From KM 30/000 to KM 31/622(RHS) Authur B (Part–I) Village in Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry, manai and Maanavari lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 5771 of sq.mt of lands are acquired in Authur B (Part–I) Villages in Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58-1 Chengalpattu – Kanchipuram Road at (From KM 30/000 to KM 31/615(LHS) and From KM 30/000 to KM 31/622(RHS)) The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Kanchipuram in Kanchipuram District may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-23 Mayiladuthurai - Thiruvarur Road at Km 9/280 to Km 10/400 Kazhanivasal Village in Kuttalam Taluk, Nagapattinam District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Kumbakonam, (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-58-1 Chengalpattu - Kanchipuram Road at KM 33/143 to KM 34/800 (LHS) and 33/290 KM to 34/800 KM (RHS) No.68.Athur-B (Part III) Village in ChengapattuTaluk, Chengalpattu District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub- section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry and manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 3551 of sq.mt of lands are acquired in No.68.Athur-B (Part III) Villages in Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58-1 Chengalpattu – Kanchipuram Road at KM 33/143 to KM 34/800 (LHS) and 33/290 KM to 34/800 KM (RHS)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road (From 35/550 km to 36/100 km) in 16.Senthamangalam Village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department, Salem, (CKICP), Tamilnadu after considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notifi cation under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent 316 of Sq.mtr., in 16.Senthamangalam Village in Senthamangalam Taluk and Namakkal District to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for widening of the State Highways Road SH-95, Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road (From 35/550 km to 36/100 km).
