Society Ltd IND No. 9/CRE (U/L) in the fi nal closure proposal dated 27-07-2020 and in exercise of the powers delegatedSep. 9, 2020] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 181 under Section 140(1) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the registration of the Cuddalore District Technocrats Construction Consultancy and Allied Services lndl. Co-op. Society Ltd IND No. 9/CRE (U/L) has been ordered to be cancelled and the affairs have been fi nally closed with effect from 17-08-2020 vide the Proceedings No.LF.1246/1CA/2018, dated 17-08-2020 of the Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce and Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai-32".

Acquisition of Lands

Notice under Section 15 (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be acquired for the public purpose, that is, for the construction of Western Ring-Road to Coimbatore City, in Madampatti Village of Perur Taluk, in Coimbatore District, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands, is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways (Construction and Maintenance), Chennai and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest on the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Commissioner of Land Administration, hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1,00,994 square meters of Dry Lands. To the same, a little more or less is needed for construction of Western Ring-Road to Coimbatore City, between KM 166/6 of Salem-Kochin Road and KM 360/6 of NH 67 Nagapattinam - Gudalur - Mysore Road, in Madampatty Village of Perur Taluk, in Coimbatore District.
The plan of lands under acquisition is kept at the offi ce of the District Collector, Coimbatore and may be inspected at anytime during offi ce hours.

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tarmil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confi rmed by the G.O.Ms No.94 Housing & Urban Development, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in Tamil nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part - II—Section-2, Page - 228 dated:15-07-2009.

1. Navalur Village against the entry 1. Mixed Residential Use Zone, the following Survey Number shall be added.
S.Nos.200/1, 201, 202/1, 202/2, 214/2A, 214/2B, 214/2C, 215/2A1, 215/2B1, 215/2C1 and 216/3B1 - after the S.No: 188.

Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.
