ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-58-2, Kancheepuram – Arakkonam –Thirutthani Road at KM 87/820 to KM 90/000 No.53. Illuppaithandalam (Part -2) village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following Notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Wet and Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 63458 of sq.mt of lands are acquired in No.53. Illuppaithandalam (Part -2) village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58-2, Kancheepuram – Arakkonam –Thirutthani Road at KM 87/820 to KM 90/000.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Arakkonam in Ranipet District may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

Itchiputhur village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be, do hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road at KM (51/330 to 51/400) 48.Sattanathapuram Village in Sirkali Taluk, Nagapattinam District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Wet and Manai lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 84 sq.mt of lands are acquired in 48.Sattanathapuram Village in Sirkali Taluk, Nagapattinam District, to the same, aTAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 25 little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road at KM (51/330 to 51/400).

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project -II for Highways purpose to wit for Four laning and strengthening of Oddanchatram - Dharapuram - Tiruppur Road (SH37) in Kallimandaiyam and 6 other villages - Oddanchatram, Dharapuram and Tiruppur south Taluks, Dindugal and Tiruppur Districts, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), TNRSP-II, Salem, TamilNadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following Notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent 4865 Sq. mtr., of lands in Kallimandaiyam and 6 other villages - Oddanchatram, Dharapuram and Tiruppur south Taluks, Dindugal and Tiruppur Districts, for Highways purpose, to wit, for strengthening and widening of SH-37 Oddanchatram - Dharapuram - Tiruppur Road.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), TNRSP - II, Tiruppur may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.
