Ms. No.200, Agriculture(AU), 2nd September 2020, ஆவணி 17, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] No.II(2)/AG/551/2020.— Under clause (e) of Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Admission in Professional Educational Institutions Act, 2006, (Tamil Nadu Act 3 of 2007), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Agriculture Department Notification No. II(2)/ AG/248(a)/2007, published at page 1 of part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extra Ordinary, dated the 16th May 2007.
2. (a) Amendment (1), hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the academic year 2015-2016. .
(b) Amendment (2), hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the academic year 2017-2018.
(c) Amendment (3), hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the academic year 2019-2020.

I I ( 2 ) / A G / 5 5 2 / 2 0 2 0 . — U n d e r c l a u s e ( e ) o f Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Admission in Professional Educational Institutions Act, 2006, (Tamil Nadu Act 3 of 2007), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Agriculture Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/AG/232/2017 published at page 309 of Part II — Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 12th April 2017.
2. Amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the academic year 2017-2018.

No.II(2)/HO/554/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the first paragraph of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby alters the number of District Munsifs to be appointed under the said Act for Tiruvannamalai District as TEN with effect from the date on which the District Munsif assumes Charge of the District Munsif's Court at Thandarampattu.
