ACQUISITION OF LANDS

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019) The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-40, Tiruchendur-Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road at KM (11/550 to 12/800) Veeramanickam Village in Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Tirunelveli (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Commissioner of Land Administration (FAC) hereby acquires that the Dry and Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 3108 sq.mts., of lands in Veeramanickam Village in Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-40, Tiruchendur-Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road at KM (11/550 to 12/800).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project in Tirunelveli may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-79 Tiruchengode to Erode Road at Km 90.600 to 91.100 Km 16.Pallipalayam, Village Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP), Tamil Nadu, after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the following lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 5078 sq.mtrs. of Dry lands in 16.Palliplayam, in Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-79 Tiruchengode to Erode Road at Km 90.600 to 91.100 Km.

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the following lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 4648 sq.mtrs. of Dry lands in 15.Kadachanallur (Part-II) Village, in Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-79 Tiruchengode to Erode Road at Km 88.200 to 89.070 Km.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tiruchengode Namakkal District which may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-64 Kumbakonam – Sirkali Road (From 15/250 K.m to 17/790 K.m) 47. Narasinganpettai Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu, after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the following lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 3339 sq.mtrs. of Dry, Wet and Manai lands in 47. Narasinganpettai Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-64 Kumbakonam – Sirkali Road (From 15/250 K.m to 17/790 K.m).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Revenue Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Kumbakonam which may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
