Under sub-section 2 of Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act 35 of 2009), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby speciﬁ es the per - child - expenditure incurred on education by the State of Tamil Nadu for the year 2019-2020 for classes from LKG to VIII as stated below for the purpose of reimbursement to private schools:-
