1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, இணைப்பில் காணும் எழுவினாக்களுடன் சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2ஏ) பிரிவின்கீழ் இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

No.II(2)/LE/645/2020.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் (மதுரை) லிமிடெட், மதுரை என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் அரசு போக்குவரத்து மதுரை தொழிலாளர் சங்கம் (CITU) மதுரை என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;

மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை நீதிமன்ற தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழக சீருடை பணியாளர் தொழிற்சங்கம், கோவை என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;

மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை எழுவினாவுடன் கோவை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும் 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை எழுவினாவுடன் கோவை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின்10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு கோவை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

No.II(2)/LE/647/2020.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, காஞ்சிபுரம் மாவட்டம், இருங்காட்டுக்கோட்டையில் அமைந்துள்ள சேஹான் ஸ்டாம்பிங் பிரைவேட் லிமிடெட் என்ற நிறுவனத்திற்கும் ஒன்றுபட்ட தொழிலாளர் கூட்டமைப்பு என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;

அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் தற்போது வழங்கப்படாத பயணப்படி இனி ரூ.2000/- என நிர்ணயத்து அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் சமமாக வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா?
