In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 85 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982(Central Act 40 of 1982), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby specifi es rupees ten thousand as the amount for the purpose of aforesaid section of the said Act.
