" U n d e r t h e p o w e r s c o n f e r r e d t o t h e R e g i s t r a r o f I n d u s t r i a l C o - o p e r a t i v e s u n d e r S e c t i o n 137(2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the affairs of Thanthai Periyar Auto Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No. 1886, Erode, have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Industries commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce and the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai vide Proc. No.23301/ICF/2019 dated 22-11-2019 and Under Section 138 (1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director (Indl coops), District Industries Centre, Erode, has also been appointed as Offi cial Liquidator of the said Society for the purpose of liquidation."

In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-2 here by confirms the following variation to the conversion of Agricultural use into Residential use and Deletion of A2A2 18.3m Road part, BB 15.2m Road part, in S.F. Nos:16/1A, 1B, 2, 3A, 3B, 17/1A, 1C, 3, 4A, 4Cpt, 38/1pt in Velampalayam Village, Tiruppur Corporation – Tiruppur District, Tiruppur Local Planning Area, approved by the commissioner of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc No.23029/2009/DP2, dated:01-04-2013 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.39, Part-VI-Sec-1, Page No.301-302, dated:27-09-2017 Publication No.VI(1)/305/2017 and the said draft notifi cation published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.12, PartVI—Section-1, Page No.93, dated:18-03-2020 publication No.VI(1)/132/2020.

2. In Schedule-III Part-1 form No:5) the against A2A2 road in column No.2. The comprising S.F. Nos.16/1Apt, 17/1Apt should be deleted.
3. In Schedule-III Part-1 (form No.:5) the against A2A2 Road in column No. 4 the fi gure "720m" should be deleted and the fi gure "550m" should be substituted at that same place.
4. In Schedule-III Part-1 (form No.:5) the against BB Road in column No:2. The Comprising S.F.Nos. 17/1Apt, 17/3pt, 17/4Apt should be deleted.

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
The Governer of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for formation of approaches to the Nagapattinam, Akkarapettai and Velanganni Road for Tamil Nadu Highways Department having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (Highways) Project, Thanjavur. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019. the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring 07601.0 Sq.mt. for Construction of Road over Bridge (ROB) in lieu of existing Level Crossing No. 48 at Railway Km 77/700-800 between Nagapattinam – Akkarapettai – Velanganni Road purpose with in Nagapattinam District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Divisional Engineer (Highways) Project, Thanjavur and Tahsildar Nagapattinam which may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for highways public purpose to fi t for construction of "Under Level Bridge across the Manchathidal at Alathur connecting Manchathidal and Thiruverumbur" and it having already been decided that the entire Amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by highways department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) notice the Commissioner of Land Administration (FAC) hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below the measuring 0.0983.0 hectare the same, a little more or less needed for public purposes for construction of "Under Level Bridge across the Manchathidal at Alathur connecting Manchathidal and Thiruverumbur".
The Plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Commissioner of Land Administration (FAC), hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 88671 Square meters of Dry Lands. To the same, a little more or less is needed for the construction of Western Ring-Road to Coimbatore City in Madukkarai Village of Madukkarai Taluk, in Coimbatore District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept at the offi ce of the District Collector, Coimbatore and the Special Tahsildar (LA), Western Ring Road Scheme @ Madukkarai may be inspected at anytime during offi ce hours.

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to extent of 1,42,937 Sq. mtr., (14.29.37 hect.,) Ryot. Dry land in S.No.173/1A and etc., at Keelathiruthangal Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for formation of Outer Ring Road to Sivakasi Town starting from Keelathiruthangal and ending at Thiruthangal in Virudhunagar District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Virudhunagar and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS(REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under Highways purpose to wit for Formation of Outer Ring Road to Sivakasi Town in Namaskarithanpatti Village, Sivakasi Taluk of Virudhunagar District and it had already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the common funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer(Highways), Projects, Highways Department, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to extent of 36450 Sq. mtr., Ryot. Dry land in S.No.68/3 and etc., at Namaskarithanpatti Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for formation of Outer Ring Road to Sivakasi Town starting from Keelathiruthangal and ending at Thiruthangal in Virudhunagar District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Virudhunagar and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
