DATE OF COMING INTO FORCE OF THE TAMIL NADU LAND REFORMS (FIXATION OF CEILING ON LAND) AMENDMENT ACT, 2018 (TAMIL NADU ACT 24 OF 2018).

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Amendment Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 24 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints 28th October 2020 as the date on which provisions of section 3 and 5 of the said Act shall come into force.
