Under Section 137 of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act 1983 (Act 30 of 1983) the following Weavers Co-operative societies were liquidated and the Handloom Offi cer (Supervision), Offi ce of the Assistant Director of handlooms and Textiles, Thiruvallur was appointed as liquidator for the societies vide assistant Director of handlooms and Textiles, Thiruvallur Proceedings Rc No. 788/2020/A, dated. 23-09-2020.

Notice Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highway Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) and Tamil Nadu Aquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019)
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below here to be required for the public purpose, for Construction of Road Under Bridge at Km 0/2 of Islamic College Road in lieu of existing LC No. 81 at Railway Km 198/0-198/100 in between Vaniyambadi and Kethandapatti Railway Station by Highways Department, Amburpettai Town, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Tirupattur, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer (Project), Highways and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the CLA (FAC) hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 5562 sq.mtrs. of lands. To the same, a little more or less is needed for the purpose for Construction of Road Under Bridge at Km 0/2 of Islamic College Road in lieu of existing LC No. 81 at Railway Km 198/0 198/100 in between Vaniyambadi and Kethandapatti Railway Station by Highways Department comprised in T.S.No. 3/1 and etc., at Amburpettai Town, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Tirupattur District. The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer, Tirupattur and offi ce of the Tahsildar, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Tirupattur District may be Inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

10. Sitting of the Vacation Court will be from 10.30 a.m. to 4.45 p.m., on 22-10-2020 (Thursday) in the High Court, Madras and Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
11. The Registry (both the Principal Seat at Madras & Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai) will work from 10.00 a.m. to 4.45 p.m., on all working days during Dussehra Holidays-2020, except on the Court sitting day, on which day, the Registry will function from 10.00 a.m. to 5.45 p.m., or till the rising of the Court, whichever is later.
