Ms. No. 411, Home (Courts-II), 20th October 2020, ஐப்பசி 4, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] No.II(2)/HO/760/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3-A of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act,1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras hereby appoints one Additional District Judge to the District Court, Tiruchirappalli for the purpose of appointment as the member of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal to be established at Tiruchirappalli and also fi xes the number of District Judge and Additional District Judges to be appointed to the said Court as SEVEN with effect on and from the date on which the Courts Act,1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras hereby appoints one Additional District Judge to the District Court, Kancheepuram for the purpose of appointment as the member of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal to be established at Kancheepuram and also fi xes the number of District Judge and Additional District Judges to be appointed to the said Court as SIX with effect on and from the date on which the said Judge assumes charge of that Court.

Ms. No. 411, Home (Courts-II), 20th October 2020, ஐப்பசி 4, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] No.II(2)/HO/761/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3-A of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act,1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras hereby appoints one Additional District Judge to the District Court, Tiruppur for the purpose of appointment as the member of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal to be established at Tiruppur and also fi xes the number of District Judge and Additional District Judges to be appointed to the said Court as SEVEN with effect on and from the date on which the said Judge assumes charge of that Court.

No.II(2)/HO/765/2020.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3-A of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act,1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras hereby appoints one Additional District Judge to the District Court, Cuddalore for the purpose of appointment as the member of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal to be established at Cuddalore and also fi xes the number of District Judge and Additional District Judges to be appointed to the said Court as SEVEN and EIGHT respectively with effect on and from the date on which the said Judge assumes charge of that Court.

ஐப்பசி 12, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] No.II(2)/HO/766/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court of Madras hereby makes the following amendment to the Home Department Notifi cation No.II(2)HO/295(a-3)/2017 published at page 2 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated 21st April, 2017, as subsequently amended, namely:-. that instead of Service Book of Thiru Pon.Balasubramanian, Special Sub-Inspector of Police (601) the Service Book Thiru Pon. Balasubramanian, Special Sub-Inspector of Police (383) S/o R. Ponupillai who retired on 30-06-2013 was verifi ed, inadvertently and recommended that he had not been awarded any punishment.

3. The Government have examined the request of Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu, Chennai with reference to the rules governing the award of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Police Medal for Outstanding Devotion to Duty (Anna Medal), and have decided to accept his request and to forfeit the aforesaid Medal awarded on the occasion of Dr. Anna's Birthday, 2011 to Thiru Pon. Balasubramanian, Special Sub-Inspector of Police (601) and order accordingly.

மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை, சென்னை, தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

2. The Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu, Chennai in his letter fourth read above has informed திரு, A. பாண்டியன் (தொ.எண்.12141), திரு. S. கார்த்திக் (தொ.எண்.12155), திரு. B. பிரசாந்த் (12106), திரு. B. கணேசன் (தொ.எண்.12132), ஆகியோரை நிர்வாகம் 07.05.2015 தேதி முதல் 11.05.2015 வரை பணிநீக்கம் செய்துள்ளதை ரத்து செய்து, மேற்படி தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு பணியும், பணி தொடர்ச்சியும், பின் ஊதியமும் கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில், உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க. முகமது நசிமுத்தின், அரசு கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர்.

1994 ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஊராட்சிகள் சட்டம் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 21/1994) பிரிவு 125 உட்பிரிவு (2)ன்கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்ட அதிகாரத்தின்படி தமிழக ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழக அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாளிலிருந்து அட்டவணையில் குறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு திருவண்ணாமலை மாவட்டம், வெம்பாக்கம் வட்டம், வெங்களத்தூர் கிராம ஊராட்சி எல்லைக்குட்பட்ட பரப்பளவுக்கு சற்று ஏறவோ, தாழவோ உள்ள நிலத்தை, ஊராட்சி சட்டத்திலிருந்து விலக்களிக்கப்படுகிறது என இதனால் அறிவிக்கிறார்.
