In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-2 here by confi rms the following Variation to the conversion of Open Space into Institutional use and Deletion of G19 G19 part, G20 G20, G21 G21, 30' 0" Road in S.F.No.31/1pt, 25B/2pt, (Ward-D, Block No.8, T.S. No.66, 32, 64 and 69) Tiruppur Corporation, Tiruppur District to the Tiruppur Local Planning Area, apporved by the Director of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc. No.21696/78/D3, Dated 7-3-1979 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.18, Part VI—Section 1, Page 198,dated 9-5-1979 Publication No.VI(1)/472/79 and the said draft notifi cation published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.30, Part VI—Section 1, Page No.80, daed 22-7-2020, Publication No.VI(1)/233/2020.

2. Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notifi cation within the stipulated time, the same are here by confi rmed and ordered as below.

3. In Schedule - III (Form-5) against the G19 G19 in Column:4, the fi gure '940' should be deleted and the fi gure ''744" should be substituted at that same place

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "(COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA (OTHER THAN CORPORATION AREA)" under the sub-heading (b) Non- Notifi ed Detailed Development Plan Area in Kalikkanaickenpalayam Village & Town Panchayat.

(i) Against the entry "Agriculture" for the expression "345 to 390" shall be deleted the expression 345 to 382 pt [Except 382/3A,3B] 383,384,386 pt [Except 385,386/1,2,3] 387 to 390 shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry "Agriculture" for the expression "407 to 499" shall be deleted the expression 407 to 417 pt [Except 417/2B,418/2] 418pt to 499 shall be substituted.

(iii) Against the entry "Residential" the expression 382/3A, 3B, 385. 386/1, 2, 3, 417/2B, 418/2 Shall be added.

Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban Development dated: 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated: 15-07-2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into General Industrial use zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No. 30, Housing and urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 14-03-2018 the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram local Planning Authroity approved under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 153 H&UD [UD4(2)] dated 20-06-2013, Notifi ction No.28 at, Page 481 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 17th July 2003.

In the Mamallapuram Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village Page No. 119 & 120 the following entries should be made 1. Thaiyur Village against the entry 3.a. General Industrial use zone the following Survey Number shall be added S.Nos. 1526/1,2,3-after the S.No:1485Nov. 25, 2020] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 539 2. Against the entry 7. Agriculture use zone, the following survey numbers, shall be substituted S.Nos.1506 to 1525, 1526 (Except:1526/1,2,3), 1527, 1528 instead of Surey Numbers:1506 to 1528.

(i) Against the entry "AGRICULTURAL" for the expression "34 to 55", ''59 to 69'' shall be deleted the expression 34 to 45pt [Except 45/1A1, 45/1A2] 46pt [Except 46/3B,] 47 to 55, 59 to 63pt [Except 63/2] 64 to 69 shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry "RESIDENTIAL" the expression 45/1A1, 45/1A2, 46/3B, 63/2 shall be added after the entry 15.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the Kurichi New Town Development Plan approved under the said Act and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Part II—Section 2, Page Nos. 380 and 381, dated 3rd May 1995.

1. Under the sub heading "AGRICULTURAL use" in Annexure XI-59, Kurichi Village, Instead of the Expression "393 to 396'' the expression 393, 394pt. 395, 396 shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry "RESIDENTIAL" the expression 307/1A1, shall be added before the entry 454.
