Under Sub-rule (1) of rule 105 of the Arms Rules, 2016, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby authorises the Commissioner of Revenue Administration to be the Appellate Authority in respect of the appeals preferred against the orders of the District Magistrate under the said Rules.
