APPOINTMENT OF OMBUDSMAN UNDER THE TAMIL NADU

LOCAL BODIES OMBUDSMAN ACT, 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Local Bodies Ombudsman Act, 2014 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 2014), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Thiru.M.Malik Feroze Khan, I.A.S. (Retd.), as Ombudsman for a period of three years from the date on which he enters upon his oﬃ ce.
