In exercise of the powers conferred Under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Act No.35 of 1972) The Director of Town and Country Planning, in the proceedings Roc.No.17139/2020/TCP-2 dt: .11.2020 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Conversion of Public & Semi Public use and Residential use into Commercial use in Ward:6, Block:66, T.S.Nos:2832/1pt, 2833//1, 2 having an Extent of 2044.31 sq.m to the Approved Trichy - Nagappattinam Detailed Development Plan No.1, Thanjavur Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning's proceedings Roc.No.8351/97/DP3, dated:25.09.1997 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.9, Part VI-Section-1, Page No, 270 and 271, dated: 11.03.1998, Publication No.VI(1)/309/1998.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Thanjavur Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during offi ce hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Offi ce.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of Section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Government in their G.O(2D) No.188, Housing and Urban Development [UDA(1)] Department dated-28.08.2020 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey numbers making the following variation to the consented Master Plan for the Tirunelveli Local Planning Area under the said Act vide G.O.Ms.No.224, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) Department dated 13.10.2010 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.45 Part VI—Section 1 page No. 346 dated 17th November 2010.

In exercise of the power conferred by sub section (3) of 33 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and also exercise of power conferred by G.O.Ms.No.94 H&UD4(1) dated 12.6.2009, which has been published in TNGG No.27 Part II, Section-2, Page-228, dated15.7.2009. The Government of Tamil Nadu here by makes the following variation in G.O.Ms.No.178 H&UD dt.22.9.2020 to the Thiruthuraipoondi D.D.Plan No.3 consented vide DTCP proceeding Roc.No.15082/05/DP3 dt.8.4.2010 and published in TNGG Part VI, section1, Page-95. dated 20.2.2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of power conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1)) Department dated 12.06.2009. which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, page No.228 dated 15.07.2009. The following variations made to the the Kaghithapuram consented Master Plan for Kaghithapuram New Town Development Area consented under the said Act, in G.O.Ms.No.308, H&UD(UD4(2) dated 27.07.2004 and published with the Housing and Urban Development Notifi cation, No.II(2)/HOU/2564/88 and published in Part II—Section 2, Page No.607 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 28th October 1992.

i) Under the subheading "Use Zone" against the entry 'Agriculture" under the sub heading S.F.Nos." the expression 2 to 6 the following Shall be substituted as 2pt, 3pt, 4, 5 & 6.

ii) Under the sub heading "Use Zone" against the entry "Mixed Residential use zone" after the expression S.F.No.18pt, the S.F.Nos. 2/2A2A, 22C2 & 3/2C2 shall be Added. (Extent 1.79.18 Hectares)
